General terms and conditions of sale


These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of online sales on the website.


General principle

Any purchase of an item on the website implies acceptance of these General Terms of Sale by the Buyer.

The General Terms and Conditions of Sale are accessible on the website as well as during the order confirmation. The Buyer may thus consult the General Terms and Conditions of Sale before clicking on the checkbox entitled I have read the General Terms and Conditions of Sale and I accept them without reservation.

Confirmation and conclusion of the contract

Any purchase successfully completed is subject to a confirmation message to the Buyer and an order confirmation e-mail.

The sales contract is deemed to be concluded at the time of the order confirmation by the Seller, which occurs after validation of the order and receipt of the sales price. In all cases, the sales price is due upon conclusion of the contract, i.e. upon confirmation of the order by the Seller. The latter may withhold delivery until it has received payment. Exceptionally, the Seller may, without waiving these terms and conditions, authorize deferred payment.

By placing an order, the Buyer declares that he/she is entitled to exercise his/her civil rights.

Obligations of the Buyer

The Buyer undertakes to provide valid contact details when placing the order and to pay the price requested.

There is no restriction on where the Buyer can place an order for a product offered for sale on the website. However, it is the Buyer's responsibility to find out from the customs authorities whether the legislation authorizes importation into the country of destination. For all deliveries outside of Switzerland and Liechtenstein, delivery fees are not included in the price and will be charged upon delivery.

The Seller assumes no responsibility for the fact that an ordered product cannot be delivered due to lack of available stock, additional supplies, production or customs seizure.

Seller shall be free to discontinue or change the products offered at any time at its sole discretion.


The prices in this catalog are guaranteed net, including VAT, and are quoted in Swiss francs.

The prices indicated do not include shipping costs, which are charged in addition and vary according to the weight and size of the package.

Discount coupons cannot be combined.

The delivery costs for all deliveries in Switzerland and Liechtenstein are indicated in the order summary. For deliveries to all other countries, the costs are paid directly by the Buyer upon receipt of the goods at the national post office or delivery service.

Once the order is validated, the price of the order cannot be modified.

Subject to the above, the Seller is authorized to modify, at its sole discretion and at any time, the price of the goods offered.


Available items are shipped by mail within 1 to 3 business days after receipt of full payment for the order, except in special cases. A participation of your share can be asked only once by order.

We do not study the laws in force in countries other than Switzerland and the company can in no way be held responsible if the package does not reach its destination for this reason.

IMPORTANT: We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes and we do not deliver to minors or those under guardianship, except with the written permission of the parents or guardian.

The transfer of risk - which includes the risk of loss as well as damage to the goods - passes to the Buyer at the time of order confirmation by Seller.

Any misdirections or packages that are returned to us as unclaimed and for which we have to send the goods back a second time will be charged with a flat rate of CHF 20.00 or EUR 20.00 including the costs of a second shipment as well as the related administrative costs.


When the Buyer orders products to be delivered in a country other than Switzerland, the Buyer is considered as the authorized importer and shall, as such, comply with the laws and regulations in force in the country where he will receive the goods.

Buyer may be subject to import duties or taxes upon arrival of the goods in its country. Any additional costs of customs clearance are the responsibility of the buyer. We have no control over these fees and do not know the amount. As customs policies vary from country to country, Buyer should contact their local customs office for further information.


Items must be returned undamaged and complete in their original packaging (with tags), with the delivery slip, within 7 days of receipt of your package, postmarked. Any opened or damaged package will not be accepted. You are responsible for the return shipping costs. In the case of an exchange order, the shipping costs of your new order are offered.


The condition of the goods delivered must be checked within 2 working days of receipt to exclude obvious material and manufacturing defects, as well as damage due to transport. In accordance with the law, you are obliged to inform us of any defect or anomaly affecting the goods delivered so that we can remedy it

With regard to vacuum-packed goods, the Buyer is required to check that the complete order is present BEFORE unsealing the transparent packaging. He/she must take a picture of the intact goods and send it/them to us by e-mail. Complaints about opened packages will not be considered.

The photos of the articles on are not binding.


Compliance with the provisions of the Swiss Data Protection Act and the relevant legal standards for the collection, processing and use of personal data is guaranteed.

The data collected during the order process will only be used for internal purposes. The customer agrees to this use of his data with the order process. In addition, he/she always has the right to request information about the saved data and he/she can forbid their use for internal marketing purposes.

In order to exercise these rights, the user should contact the customer service department at, proving his identity by means of a copy of an identity document


The Seller may modify the present General Conditions of Sale. The version in force at the time of the order shall prevail in the contractual relationship between the Buyer and the Seller.


In the event of a dispute, the General Terms and Conditions of Sale in effect at the time of purchase shall be used as the legal basis.

The applicable law is the Swiss law and any dispute will be treated by the District Court of East Vaud located in Vevey
